Damien Hirst has had a continuing fascination with butterflies for many years. For him they symbolise death and resurrection. We have taken his theme and worked it around the 1998 World Cup in France. Beautiful fleeting memories whilst we wait for the resurrection of football.
The AOF butterfly logo is printed on the front of the shirt with the World Cup butterflies on the back.
