If your order isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from receipt to return it for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if we've made a mistake with your order, please email customerservice@art-of-football.com with a description of the issue and any relevant images. We will be more than happy to advise how you can return the item free of charge and arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

Please enclose a note in your return with your name, order number and returns request so we can identify your return when it arrives.Once we receive your return it will be inspected. If i's in its original condition and shows now sings of use, we will proceed with your refund or exchange. If the return does not pass inspection (e.g worn, damaged, or not in original condition), your request may be rejected. In this case, we'll contact you to discuss other options, such as a store credit, partial refund or returning the item back to you.
Refunds
When your return passes inspection, we'll process your refund and you'll receive a confirmation email. Funds usually appear back in the original payment method within 5-7 working days, although it can be much sooner. If you haven't received your refund after this time please contact your bank as they may still be processing it. If you're still without please reach out to customerservice@art-of-football.com so we can look into this for you.
